with little bells all the way around . that's a collar that would have more meaning to me than any collar with a diploma. I'd like a short date that ends with safe sex. Just imagine the sound association you would have with the bells .and the practices and traditions that those who used it before put into it. That doesn't directly answer your question, but in a way it does certificates don't make collars special whomever is wearing it does.
